The Machine Sliced 50% Iberian Breed Fodder-fed Iberian Shoulder Ham comes from Iberian pigs fed on cereals and grass, which gives it a high quality at a very affordable price.
The natural maturing process is usually 20 months and this, accompanied by the temperature fluctuations in the area, make the shoulder hams acquire an unmistakable smell and flavor.
They are rich in oleic acid, with a great source of vitamins B1, B6 and B12, proteins and minerals and are a very beneficial food source to reduce cholesterol and have a healthy diet.

It is shipped vacuum packaged in individual packets.

Individual packs of 100 grs. The delivery includes the knuckle, ham cubes and all usable and edible parts of the vacuum-packed cuts. If you would also like to receive the inedible parts, please ask us to send them to you. The total yield of slicing is 40%.
