RETURN OF PRODUCTS
- The return of products purchased from www.elcatedratico.en will be made only and exclusively when it is demonstrated that the product is in poor condition and provided that it has been notified within a maximum of 15 days of receipt of the product.
- In order to exercise this right, you must keep the original packaging of the product and no more than 10% of the product must have been consumed.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
