SHIPPING

1. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been confirmed, with a maximum delivery time of 72 working hours. Although if they are outside Spain, delivery may be delayed up to 10 days.
2. The delivery service of www.elcatedratico.com, is carried out in collaboration with different logistic operators of recognised prestige. Therefore, www.elcatedratico.com is not responsible for any possible damage that may be caused in the transfer of the products.
3. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products.
   • Shipping in the Peninsula 6,60€. ALL ORDERS OVER 70€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING COSTS.
   • Shipping to Portugal 11.50€. ALL ORDERS OVER 100€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING.
   • Shipping to Balearic Islands 11.50€. ALL ORDERS OVER 100€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING.
   • European Union Zone I: Belgium, Germany, France, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia: €18. ALL ORDERS OVER €250 WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE.
     
   • European Union Zone II: Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Austria, Netherlands, Malta, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark, Cyprus, Hungary: €25. ALL ORDERS OVER 300€ WILL BE FREE OF SHIPPING COSTS.
   • Shipping to the Canary Islands: 16,00€.
4. The products are shipped in accordance with Spanish and EU regulations on the transport of perishable foodstuffs, therefore, they are sent under suitable temperature conditions that preserve the food's cold chain.All our hams arrive wrapped in netting and are sent in individual boxes. The rest of the sausage is vacuum packed.
