In El Catedrático we make sure that the product that reaches your table has all the quality guarantees that we demand. To do this we monitor the Iberian pig from birth to the point of sale.
We want to guarantee the consumer that the product they have purchased complies with all current regulations, so all our 100% Iberian acorn-fed hams and shoulder hams have double labelling.
The black label that certifies them as a 100% acorn product and our own barcode label, which guarantees each piece.
